8. TERMINATION

In case of termination, payment is made for completed work and deliverables are provided to the client.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of any dispute, the courts of Izmir have jurisdiction.
